Return & Refund Policy for Imperio Watches
We offer products of great quality so that our customers feel satisfied after receiving their parcel. However, due to some circumstances we have created an Exchange and Replacement policy which will surely benefit our customers. We offer a 7 day Exchange and Replacement policy which comprises of the following factors:
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in original packaging with tags, accessories, and manuals
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase or order receipt must be provided
Note: Send us pictures of item when you open the package and you found it defective and sent us on E-mail. Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Watches that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
3. How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

4. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges round about $20 or depends on courier charges .
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
